Kick-Off Meeting Materials

- Discussion Starters: Prior to attending the Kick-Off Convening, participants were asked to read four articles provided by the Project Leadership team. Guided discussion questions were used to help frame the goals and objectives of the project and set the direction for the next three years.
- Student Focused Observation Visit Guidelines: At the conclusion of the Kick-Off Convening all attendees were asked to complete student-focused observations with the support of these guidelines and guiding questions.
Year 1 Winter Convening Materials
