Sole Source Contract Announcement May 7, 2025: Eastern Washington University intends to award a sole source contract to Ellucian Company LLC for EWU’s enterprise resource planning software. The link to the proposal is found here: Ellucian Sole Source Proposal. Any capability statement must be provided to Cody Ross at cross19@ewu.edu no later than 11:59 PM PST on May 29, 2025.
Under state law (RCW 39.26.140(1)), agencies are required to make sole source contracts available for public inspection for a period of not less than 15 working days prior to the intended contract start date. Agencies are required to post instructions on how to obtain a copy of sole source contracts.
