Wellbeing Coach
One-on-one sessions with a wellbeing coach can help improve or change your overall wellbeing. You and your coach will utilize your internal motivation for change and personal strengths to help you set small, realistic steps to reach your goal. You will assess yourself on different dimensions of health to elicit what areas you’d like to focus on most, including: physical, social, mental, financial, spiritual, and intellectual health. More specific topics that a coach can help you with may include: physical activity, healthy eating, stress management, self-care, social support, better sleep and balancing priorities.
