Each year, Willow Springs Books hosts two contests to determine the books we will publish next. The Spokane Prize for Short Fiction<\/strong> Opens every summer and closes in the fall. The Emma Howell Rising Poet Prize<\/strong> opens every fall and closes in the winter.<\/p>\n\n\n
