Will differences between expected and realized savings change the amount of savings asked from different programs/services?

This is a holistic process involving the concurrent examination of every activity that consumes resources. As such, the overall approach to implementation will be comprehensive, and there is no plan to examine the sequence of implementations within academic programs or university services. The overall sequence will be the one that makes the most sense for the university.
