Who conducts the SRA process?

The SRA process, which is entirely conducted by Eastern faculty and staff, is co-championed by two members of the Executive Leadership Team. Most of the work is completed by the two task forces (academic programs and university services), composed of faculty and staff. Additional support work is completed by the facilitation team.
