What is the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)?

The Executive Leadership Team, often referred to as ELT, is the President’s Cabinet. Members are Mark Baldwin, Chief of Staff; Jonathan Anderson, Provost; Mary Voves, VP of Business and Finance; Barb Richey, VP of University Advancement; Shari Clarke, VP of Diversity and Senior Diversity Officer; Rob Sauders, VP of Student Affairs; and Lynn Hickey, Director of Athletics.
