What are the budget reduction targets for the SRA process?

The current FY23 index 1 budget gap is $14.5M. Over the course of the SRA implementation, EWU anticipates closing the budgetary gap and reinvesting in areas of priority. Consultant Larry Goldstein indicated that institutions typically disinvest 6 to 12%. The SRA process, in addition to the University Strategic Plan, will provide more clarity on the budget savings in addition to the investments needed over time.
