How much influence will the President and the Board of Trustees have on the co-champions?

The SRA process is designed to have the President and her Executive Leadership Team (ELT) be provided regular updates on the SRA process. The Board of Trustees has no formal day-to-day role in the SRA process. The President’s role is to provide support and encouragement to the co-champions and assist with addressing any resource needs of the task forces and facilitation team.
