How do we maintain campus morale under the continuous SRA process?

The evaluation of resource allocation is a healthy and positive process for our campus. There are multiple programs on our campus that are in need of enhanced investments, and this provides them the opportunity to receive those resources. The ELT is also discussing additional programs or activities to maintain employee morale and address any concerns during this process.
