Can completed templates be modified by reviewers before and/or after they are submitted?
This is a collaborative process. Template reviewers are encouraged to work closely with their designee(s) to complete and approve template answers prior to final submission. Once a template has been submitted by a program/service, the dean/VP will be notified of the submission and will not be able to alter any answers. Additionally, the task forces are not able to alter any answers prior to submitting the final report of recommendations. When the final report is made public to the campus community, individuals will have opportunities to provide feedback, including any concerns about template submissions.
