Semester academic programs and Interdisciplinary Studies templates have been assigned the due date of October 6 before midnight PDT.

Beginning in August, the University Services Task Force will have a change in leadership. Nina DeCamp will be stepping down as the task force chair as she will be leaving EWU for a new opportunity. Scott Buck has agreed to take over that position.

An email was distributed to template reviewers for academic programs on June 6 regarding the release of two amendments related to the data sets. The facilitation team noticed a minor error in the data related to DFW Rates (V. Quality Outcomes) and Bottlenecks (IV. Quality Inputs and Processes). A training session has been scheduled for Thursday, June 8 from 9-10 a.m. via Zoom by the University Services Task Force to provide training on how to use the updated datasets for SRA templates. View the Timeline page for more information.

The submission deadline for University Services templates has been extended to 5 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Thursday, July 6, 2023. This is to provide adequate time from the release of updated datasets to the campus community.

A new knowledge base article has been added with resources for answering template questions. Those working on templates are encouraged to attend the various training sessions and watch the recordings (see Timeline page) for assistance.

The templates have been published, along with resources and documentation to support reviewers who are responsible for submitting them. The Timeline page has also been updated with training sessions and template deadlines. The knowledgebase has also been updated.
