What happens if a program or service template is not completed/submitted for review?

Task force members are evaluating programs and services using only the data (quantitative and qualitative) from the submitted templates. Programs or services that do not submit a completed template to their respective task force will be evaluated on pre-populated data only, which may result in placement into quintile five–recommended for disinvestment.

Each template must be completed by the assigned department lead, having taken into consideration any sabbaticals, extended leaves, etc. Due to the importance of the SRA process, prior to the final recommendation report being submitted, the Co-Champions will make every effort to engage departments with missing templates, including meeting with those tasked to complete the templates to answer questions or provide guidance.
