EWU ROTC Color Guard and Jeep will lead the EWU Homecoming Parade through Cheney. The exact timeline for the parade is still being developed. Timeline will be posted here once available. Who: EWU students, faculty, alumni, and supporters What: Homecoming Bonfire & Pep Rally Where: Downtown Cheney, Surplus Parking Lot between G Street and H Street (next to 1st Street) When: 8:30PM - 10:00PM Color Guard and cannon crew will support EWU home football game against Northern Colorado. On Thursday, October 24th all Ranger Challenge teams will check in at Geiger Field, draw weapons, and then depart to Medical Lake to zero their weapons. Ranger Challenge competition will begin with first formation at 0600 at Cadet Hall. From there the teams will depart to their assigned events. Day #1 events include: Commander's Challenge Paddling Range CWST After completion of the events at EWU helicopters will fly the teams to Camp Seven Mile to execute events run by Gonzaga ROTC. Day #2 of Ranger Challenge is held out at Camp Seven Mile. There will be a total of six events hosted by Gonzaga ROTC: Land Navigation Grenade Assault TBD Grinder Humvee Pull 12k Ruck March Award ceremony with banquet will held at approximately 1500. Color Guard and Cannon Crew will support EWU home football game versus Northern Arizona. Day #1 of German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge (GAFPB) testing will be held on November 16, 2019 (4-5APR2020 rescheduled). The following events will be held on this day: Swimming test (EWU Aquatics Center) Fitness test (EWU Fieldhouse) Shooting test (Medical Lake DOC Range) Day #2 of German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge (GAFPB) testing will be held on November 17, 2019. The following events will be held on this day: Road March (Around the EWU campus) Award Ceremony Color Guard and Cannon Crew will support EWU home football game against Portland State University.
