Registered Student Organizations are able to request rooms through EagleSync. Requests must be made at least ten (10) days in advance of the proposed reservation. Requests can be made up to 210 days in advance of the proposed reservation.
All Registered Student Organization requests must go through multiple approval processes prior to becoming an official reservation. Make sure to work with Student Engagement to ensure you are fulfilling all the required steps.
PUB standard room use fees are waived for Registered Student Organizations, but all non-standard requests will be billed accordingly.
