Faculty Recommendation Form – Academic Coaching

One of your students have applied for the Program Leading to University Success (PLUS) Academic Coaching position. Faculty recommendations of prospective Academic Coaches are a key tool in finding qualified students for the peer-led sessions offered through PLUS. While there are additional criteria for becoming an Academic Coach (3.3 overall GPA), the faculty recommendation is the most important. Please use this form to submit this recommendation form for your student that has applied to become an Academic Coach, so that we can take them into consideration and potentially hire them as an EWU PLUS student employee.
