Approvals for Submission

All proposals for external funding are submitted under the auspices of the University and must be approved by the appropriate chair/department head and dean. All approvals must be received BEFORE PROPOSAL SUBMISSION.

One of the following forms must be completed by the Principal Investigator (PI):

• Institutional Approval Form
• Pre-Proposal or Letter of Intent/Interest (LOI) Form

Both of the following forms must be completed by all senior/key personnel:

• Certification and Assurance Form
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
