We have recently had reports of issues related to a specific service.\u00a0 When converting forms from an HTML to a PDF, we use a PDF generation service that is Cloud-based.\u00a0 This service processes forms during Download\/Print functions from Inbox or Activity in\u00a0Etrieve\u00a0Central, as well as processes a form at the end step of a workflow.\u00a0 In order to improve logging for this service, so that we can better diagnose the problem and implement a solution, we will be releasing an emergency patch to\u00a0all of\u00a0our Cloud customers using Central and Forms on\u00a0Etrieve\u00a0version 2020.6.5.\u00a0 This patch will take roughly 30 minutes to complete and we will begin the process on Wednesday, January 14th at 4am EST to minimize system down periods.\u00a0 We apologize for the off-cycle\u00a0patch, but we feel this is critical to improving our customer\u2019s experience using\u00a0Etrieve.\u00a0 If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.<\/p>\n
