You can even work on Office documents with others at the same time.\u00a0OneDrive for Business and Office 365 make it easy to manage your work files, share them, and collaborate with others from any device.<\/p>\r\n OneDrive FAQs<\/a><\/p>\r\n A virtual private network (VPN) extends the campus network across the Internet, and enables users to send and receive data across shared or public networks as if their computing devices were directly connected to the campus network. Applications running on a computing device, e.g., a laptop, desktop, smartphone, across a VPN may therefore benefit from the functionality, security, and management of the campus \u00a0network. (Wikipedia<\/a>)<\/p>\r\n Once connected to the EWU network via a VPN, you should be able to connect to shared drives remotely.<\/p>\r\n Connect to VPN<\/a><\/p>\r\n We’ve published articles<\/a> in our knowledge base on how to connect to the N: and S: drives from Mac and PC after connecting to the VPN.<\/p>\r\n Note, we recommend that faculty, staff, and students switch to using Google Drive, which is supported on Mac, PC, Android, and iOS without the use of a VPN.<\/p>\r\n Most EWU Services use Single Sign-On and do not require VPN.<\/p>\r\n All EWU voicemail messages are automatically sent to your EWU email. You can access voicemail by dialing 509.359.4343 and using your extension and PIN from your phone.<\/p>\r\n You may forward your calls using Call Forwarding<\/a>. You can only forward your calls to a local number.<\/p>\r\n Microsoft Office 365 is licensed for use on personal devices and is available to all faculty, staff, and students.
