Google Shared Drives

You can use shared drives in Google Drive to store, search, and access files with a team. Shared drive files belong to the team instead of an individual. Even if members leave, the files stay in place so your team can keep sharing information and work anywhere, from any device.

SharePoint

A configurable collaborative platform that integrates with Office 365 and serves primarily as a document management and storage system as well as group calendar application for EWU faculty and staff.

Microsoft Teams

A collaboration tool that is naturally integrated with the familiar Office applications and is built from the ground up on the Office 365 global, secure cloud. Teams is tightly integrated Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, and Planner as you would expect as well as persistent, threaded chats. Student accounts may not automatically work with Teams.
