The Investing in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) process at Eastern Washington University is intended to elevate the voices and       perspectives of all members in our community. The goal of this effort is to explore how we can align our efforts to eradicate persistent and increasing equity gaps in the success of our BIPOC and other marginalized student communities.
