The Mission of the Eastern Washington Labor Relations office is to create and support a positive and productive working and learning environment for all employees in the University community. We provide assistance to all levels of Eastern Washington University faculty, staff and management, so they are better able to meet their labor relations obligations while supporting the University’s mission, aspiration, values and goals. We counsel all employees in a fair and unbiased manner and treat all individuals who seek our assistance with respect and dignity.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
