Anthony Singleton is an upcoming booker and comedian out of Spokane, Washington. Over the last 18 months, he’s been on stages from Hawaii to Idaho, and his last 3 shows have sold out. Anthony is also booked to host a series of comedy shows titled the The Marathon Comedy Series in 2024 at the only black owned venue in Spokane, Washington.

Jessie Vasquez is a fiction writer working on her first YA suspense novel. Fueled by a love for dark roasts reading, she’s devoted her time to crafting speculative and literary fiction. She resides in Washington with her spouse, their band of misfit friends, and correlating pets.
Kathryn Smith (Poetry and Mixed Media)
Kathryn Smith is a queer poet and mixed-media artist. Her most recent poetry collection, Self-Portrait with Cephalopod (Milkweed Editions, 2021), won the Jake Adam York Prize and was a finalist for the Washington State Book Award. She has received awards from Artist Trust, Spokane Arts, and the Allied Arts Foundation, and her poems and visual poetry have appeared in DIAGRAM, Copper Nickel, Ninth Letter, Gettysburg Review, RHINO, Sixth Finch, and elsewhere.
Mark L. Anderson (Poetry and Fiction)
Mark L. Anderson lives and writes in Spokane, Washington. He co-founded the popular Broken Mic poetry series and has traveled the United States performing at open mics, poetry slams, taverns, coffee shops, and libraries. He has received a GAP award from Washington Artist Trust and was named the inaugural Ken Warfel Fellow by poetry night in 2012. From 2017 to 2019 he served as Spokane’s poet laureate. His first book, Scarecrow Oracle, was published by Korrektiv Press in 2022.
Madriea Grace (Musician)
I won’t call myself a professional musician but I’ve loved singing since I was out of the womb. I’m Madriea and just starting to perform in Spokane in August of 2023. I love to share the words I sing. I hope you love it too!
