New Faculty Workshop: Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)

We will be discussing the basic elements of the CBA, including the process by which EWU and UFE negotiate to build the agreement. Because this is a new faculty orientation, we will focus on the collaborative nature of writing an FAP and the process of pre-tenure reviews and tenure and promotion
