Introduction:
Eastern Washington University (EWU), Construction and Planning Services is advertising to retain a professional architectural firm to provide Pre-Design/Programming Services for a new Engineering Building on the EWU campus in Cheney, WA.
This solicitation is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from a qualified consultant experienced in the design, development and implementation of engineering facilities for higher education institutions to provide Pre-design/Programming services. Pre-design services are to be completed to meet the requirements for Major Project Predesign Studies in accordance with instructions published by the Washington State Office of Financial Management.
