DESCRIPTION:The Search Advocates program enhances equity\, validity\, and diversity in university recruiting and hiring. We are seeking faculty\, staff\, and administrators to participate in this program to become Search Advocates. We also invite senior administrators and department heads to join this informative workshop in order to lead fair and equitable recruitments.
