Registration, Degree Audits & Billing<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

We want to set you up for success with the tools you need to be successful.<\/h4>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

Registration:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
School of Education runs on the Quarter system. When registering make sure you select Quarters (not Semesters).<\/h6>\n\n\n\n
The \u201cSection Numbers\u201d will tell you if you are registering for Session 1 or Session 2.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n
Section Numbers A01 \u2013 A10 will be Session 1 courses.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n
Section Numbers A50 \u2013 A60 will be Session 2 courses.<\/h6>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

Viewing and Paying your Account:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to your account at\u00a0Inside EWU.<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page. This will bring up a menu. Select Make A Payment under\u00a0the STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. You may be prompted to select a term. Select the most recent term, then click Pay Now. Again, you will\u00a0be prompted to select a term. Select the most recent term, then select Pay Now. This action will take you to our payment portal.\u00a0*Note: if the page does not appear, you may need to allow popups on your browser.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select View Activity to see specific information about the balance due. Select Make Payment to pay your balance or sign up for a payment plan. (Note: you must sign up for a payment plan before the tuition deadline. If the payment deadline has passed, you will not have an option to set up a payment plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Add charges to your cart, then select continue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Select your payment method, then follow the prompts. NOTE: We recommend paying via electronic\u00a0check. Paying with a credit or debit card will result in a 2.85% convenience fee. The minimum fee is\u00a0$3.00.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    Note: Taking 2 credits only with Financial Aid for Session 1 \u2013 If you are enrolled in only 2 credits for Session 1 you Financial Aid will NOT be dispursed for Session 1.<\/em><\/h6>\n\n\n\n
    You will have to pay for those 2 credits out-of-pocket to cover your Session 1 tutition. THEN when Session 2 begins and you have met the minimum 4 credit requirement, your aid can be dispursed. At that point you will recieve the funds for the Session 1 course. <\/em><\/h6>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

    Instructions for viewing your statement:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    1. Login to your account at\u00a0Inside EWU.<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page. This will bring up a menu. Select MyStatement under the\u00a0STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. The next page will bring up your most recent statement. PLEASE NOTE: The statement you see is a\u00a0snapshot of what you owed on the date the statement was released. Your actual balance may be\u00a0different if payments or charges were added after the statement date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select \u201cUnbilled\u201d to view charges added after the invoice date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
