Launch of the Gallagher Classification and Compensation Study
Eastern Washington University has initiated and launched a classification and compensation study to review and update the classification and compensation model for all exempt staff. After a competitive bid process, Gallagher was retained to conduct the study. Executive Leadership, the Associate Vice Presidents, and Deans have met with Gallagher and a targeted timeline has been established for the overall process. It is anticipated that Gallagher will complete the study by the end of January 2025 and that the plan will be finalized and implemented by July 1, 2025. The University will be scheduling town hall meetings to provide more detail about the classification and compensation study, including a meeting with PSE. Check out the Town Halls tab for current information about dates and times.
