EagleCard Online Photo Submission with eAccount
Our online photo software powered by Transact eAccount, allows students, faculty, and staff to submit a photo for the creation of their EagleCard.
EagleCard Photo Requirements:
- Photo must be against a plain, smooth background with plenty of light, no shadows.
- No room corners, ceilings, clutter in the backgrounds, photos of previous/current IDs, photos or copies of photos, senior/yearbook photos, photos taken from the side, photos taken outdoors, or in cars.
- Photo must be current (taken within last six months), full color, and unaltered.
- Face the camera directly with full face in view, with ample space around your head.
- Use a clear image of your face. Do not use filters commonly used on social media. Selfies will typically not work.
- Have a neutral facial expression or a natural smile, with both eyes open.
- Hat or head covering may only be worn if worn daily for religious purposes. Full face must be visible.
- Please ensure that the uploaded image is not blurry or grainy.
- Ensure your photo does not include the following: Sunglasses on top of head, earbuds in ears, headphones around neck or over ears.
Please note: Your photo should include enough space around your head and shoulders that we can cleanly crop the photo without cutting out parts of the face or head.
MyEagleCard Website:
You may submit your photo via the myEagleCard website following these steps.
- Visit the myEagleCard website – https://eacct-eaglecard-sp.transactcampus.com/eAccounts/AnonymousHome.aspx
- You will need the following to login: Access to DUO approval and your EWU Single Sign on credentials.
- Once logged into your myEagleCard account click profile.
- You will see your current image. At the bottom left of your image you will see “Click to submit a new photo”
- You will then follow the steps provided for photo submission.
- Once your photo is submitted, please keep an eye out for responses in you Eastern Washington University email.
eAccount Mobile App:
You may submit your photo via the eAccount Mobile app following these steps.
- Download both the DUO Mobile app and Transact eAccounts app to your mobile device from the App Store on iPhone or the Google Play store on Android.
- Log into DUO Mobile first, by searching for “Eastern Washington University” when prompted, and by using your EWU Single Sign On.
- When you log into Transact eAccounts, you will receive a notification from DUO Mobile that you must approve to verify your login. If you have not downloaded DUO Mobile when you attempt to login, you will be unable to gain access.
- Open the Transact eAccounts app. You will be prompted to search for your institution. Search for “Eastern Washington University”. Once confirmed your EagleCard account will be visible.
- By tapping on the Settings button located in the top right hand corner, you will see the selection for submit ID photo.
- You will then follow the steps provided for photo submission.
- Once your photo is submitted, please keep an eye out for responses in your Eastern Washington University email.
