Starting as a certified dental assistant, he has spent over 23 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist and is the Co-Founder of Infinite Hygiene Consulting. Santiago also created the popular Facebook group Washington State Dental Jobs, helping dental professionals connect. Currently serving as the WDHA Vice President, he is a respected leader and innovator in the dental field.
