To Enter:
Fill out the Diversity & Inclusion Week 2025 Theme and Logo Contest Application above by Sunday, January 5, 2025.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a registered student for Winter 2025 at EWU
• Must be a full-time student (12 credits or more)
• Please use the EWU logo in your design. The EWU logo must be solid color and cannot be altered.
• The theme and logo design may be done in color. You can use up to 9 colors.
• We will translate your idea into a graphic design, so you may submit a conceptual sketch or design.
• The design can include ink, photos, and graphic designs. All work in your design must be original, including drawings, images and photos.
• We are looking for original designs and original themes. Please take care to do something different than what was done last year and in previous years. There are hearts in last year’s design, so it would be advisable not to use hearts. Last year’s theme was Love our Differences, so it would be advisable to not use ‘love’ or ‘differences’ in your theme.

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:

• Does the message of the theme and design promote diversity and inclusion?
• Creativity of the theme and design
• Overall appeal of the theme and design

Please Note: We are looking for a concept. The Office for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion reserves the right to enhance your design to fit our marketing and thematic needs for Diversity & Inclusion Week 2025.
