If you would like to receive a curricular analytics consultation regarding your undergraduate curriculum, please complete the following form with the relevant information.
A consultation includes an analysis of curriculum complexity, DFW rates, retake rates and other information from Degree Works data. Additionally, strategies for thoughtful curriculum change and/or student support mechanisms will be provided. Academic Planning will follow-up to schedule a meeting time after the form is received.
