Cecelia DeLay
AmeriCorps Aspire Mentor Lead
Cecelia, an EWU grad, Aspire Mentor Lead since January 2024, and a Washington native, helps underserved Spokane students explore postsecondary opportunities with teamwork, kindness, and dedication. Inspired by Theodore Roosevelt’s quote: “Far and away the best prize that life offers is the chance to work hard at work worth doing.”

Emilio Ramos
AmeriCorps Aspire Mentor Lead
Emilio is a graduate of CBC and EWU and has served as the Aspire Mentor Lead since September 2024. Originally from Benton County, he has been living in Spokane since 2021.
