Near-peer mentoring is a process designed to connect high school students with undergraduate mentors through shared educational and vocational passions. By utilizing a near-peer mentorship model, high school mentees receive critical information and inspiration about how to best navigate their postsecondary and career pathways. EWU undergraduate mentors share their personal experiences, guidance, support, and encouragement to best support their mentees.
