Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a program designed for everyone to learn how to support someone who has a mental health problem or is experiencing a mental health crisis.

MHFA is an 8-hour course guided by certified trainers. This course teaches participants how to assist people who are developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis, until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves.
