Student Success Plans
Having students fill out the Student Success Plan ahead of meeting with your advisee who is on Academic Warning/Probation can help facilitate a meaningful conversation revolving around student success (Part 3 of the success plan). If you are a CAAR advisor, the completed success plan will be forwarded to you from the general advising inbox. If you are a faculty advisor, you will be forwarded a copy of the completed success plan from the degree completion coordinator associated with your college. Please note that students will fill out Part 1 and Part 2 on their own and Part 3 (revolving around the current term’s success) will be completed when you meet with your advisee.
